With a wealth of experience across operations, hospitality, and facilities management, Adam Lloyd leads our Helpdesk and Compliance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the care homes and shops we manage. Having spent 13 years in operations at Trinity Mirror and three years as a pub landlord, Adam brings a unique mix of problem-solving, people management, and hands-on expertise to the role.
Since transitioning into Property and Facilities Management, Adam has focused on keeping buildings running efficiently and teams working effectively. Outside of work, Adam is a passionate basketball coach and player, a keen hiker and a dedicated fan of sci-fi and fantasy—whether writing, watching, or debating the merits of a classic reboot over a pint.
